Prayer for Challenges of Life - S3-003

Our Father, from who we receive the food that gives life eternal, we give you thanks for this place of worship. We know you are present as we lift to Thee our prayers. We strive to be yours in every desire of our hearts.

Magnify your truth through us, that it may not return to Thee void; inspire us with the trust of patience, the attitude of humility and the power of brotherliness. Make us aware of the unkind or uncharitable there may be among us.

Renew our interest in the social and moral responsibilities that rest so heavily upon us. May we never lose sight of your will in the making of the laws of our state and nation, in the keeping of peace in our world and in the sharing of your love with others.
In Jesus name we pray. Amen
