Prayer for Special Needs - S1-004

Our Father, so many times we have acted hastily and without thinking. Grant us the power of self-control. May we know that when we restrain ourselves we are more effective than if we had captured a town. You know that our great problems spring up from selfishness. Remove our arrogance; make us more humble and kind. Teach us not to magnify trifles.

As a family group, help us to be thoughtful of one another and to bring to our home an atmosphere of peace and contentment and love. Inspire us with the sense of dedication; fill us with understanding.
This we ask in your name. Amen
